i completed two new paintings for my new abstract theme... they lack the impact that i was hoping for... i'm hoping to improve on them with upcoming paintings.

I was pretty excited because I was gonna work on a re-creation of an old favorite falling flower.
As I was parking my car infront of the studio, I notice a whole bunch of people inside. That's when I realized that we were having a studio meeting that night where we talk about the overall climate of the place, member concerns, questions etc.

UC Berkeley, the place where I work, is giving me $790 dollars to take art classes this semester.

we stayed at my mom's timeshare up the hill from the main south tahoe strip.

last sunday, at church, i heard the most beautiful sound. the sound of voices so angelic that i had to fight back my tears. imagine the power of this collective. to create something so beautiful that the people who experience it feel overwhelming emotion.
